Refund policy

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Any amount already paid is refunded in full for a cancellation before dispatch. If an existing order was placed with cash on delivery, there is no payment to refund where no payment was taken. For approved returns of orders previously paid in cash, we will arrange the refund method with you.

تظهر وسائل الدفع المتاحة عند إتمام الطلب. تُردّ أي مبالغ مدفوعة بالكامل عند الإلغاء قبل الشحن. إذا كان لديكم طلب سابق بالدفع عند الاستلام، فلا يوجد مبلغ لاسترداده إذا لم يُحصّل أي مبلغ. وللمرتجعات المعتمدة من الطلبات التي دُفعت نقداً سابقاً، سننسّق معكم طريقة ردّ المبلغ.

Preorder cancellations

You may cancel a preorder before dispatch and request a full refund by emailing mama@sosoandco.me with your order number. You do not need to wait for a parcel to arrive or return an item that has not been dispatched. If the dispatch estimate changes, we will email you and offer the option to wait or cancel for a full refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; provider processing times apply. The existing return terms apply after delivery. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We want you to feel confident choosing Soso & Co. For return or refund requests, contact mama@sosoandco.me with your order number or proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with their original tags attached.

Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide return instructions and the return address.

Return delivery costs

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs for change-of-mind returns.

If an item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item, Soso & Co. will cover the return delivery costs.

Faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us if your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or different from what you ordered. Include your order details and, where possible, photographs to help us resolve the issue.

The 14-day change-of-mind window and unworn, unwashed and original-tag conditions do not limit your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including Qatar’s consumer protection laws. Where the law provides additional rights or remedies, those rights apply.

نريد أن تختاروا سوسو آند كو بكل ثقة. لطلبات الإرجاع أو استرداد المبالغ، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر mama@sosoandco.me مع ذكر رقم الطلب أو إرفاق إثبات الشراء.

الإرجاع عند تغيير الرأي

يمكنكم طلب الإرجاع خلال 14 يومًا من استلام الطلب، بشرط أن تكون القطع غير ملبوسة وغير مغسولة، وأن تظل بطاقاتها الأصلية مُرفقة بها.

يُرجى التواصل معنا قبل إرسال القطع لنزوّدكم بتعليمات الإرجاع وعنوانه.

تكاليف شحن الإرجاع

يتحمّل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع عند تغيير الرأي.

أما إذا كانت القطعة معيبة أو أرسلنا قطعة غير التي طلبتموها، فتتحمّل سوسو آند كو تكاليف شحن الإرجاع.

القطع المعيبة أو غير المطابقة للطلب

يُرجى التواصل معنا إذا كانت القطعة معيبة، أو وصلت تالفة، أو كانت مختلفة عمّا طلبتموه. أرسلوا تفاصيل الطلب وصورًا إن أمكن لمساعدتنا على معالجة المشكلة.

لا تحدّ مهلة الإرجاع البالغة 14 يومًا الخاصة بتغيير الرأي، ولا شروط عدم اللبس أو الغسل أو بقاء البطاقات الأصلية، من حقوقكم القانونية المتعلقة بالسلع المعيبة أو غير المطابقة.

استرداد المبالغ

بعد استلام القطع المرتجعة وفحصها، سنبلغكم بنتيجة الطلب.

عند الموافقة، سنُجري عملية ردّ المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 10 أيام عمل من الفحص. وقد يحتاج البنك أو مزوّد خدمة الدفع إلى وقت إضافي لظهور المبلغ في حسابكم.

حقوقكم

لا يحدّ أي بند في هذه السياسة من حقوقكم بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك المعمول بها، بما فيها قوانين حماية المستهلك في دولة قطر. وتظل أي حقوق أو سبل إنصاف إضافية يقرّرها القانون سارية.
