Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Any amount already paid is refunded in full for a cancellation before dispatch. If an existing order was placed with cash on delivery, there is no payment to refund where no payment was taken. For approved returns of orders previously paid in cash, we will arrange the refund method with you.

Shipping and preorders
We deliver to Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
Products marked “Preorder” are not in stock for immediate dispatch. Payment follows the method selected from the available options at checkout. Estimated dispatch for this preorder collection is late November 2026. This is when we expect to hand your parcel to the courier, not its delivery date. Please choose your baby's size with the waiting period in mind.
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 4–5 working days to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman and Bahrain; 5–7 working days to Kuwait. These transit estimates exclude the preorder wait and may take longer due to customs clearance. We will email you when your order is dispatched. If the dispatch estimate changes, we will email you with the option to wait or cancel before dispatch for a full refund.

Free shipping on orders of QAR 350 or more after discounts across the GCC. Applied automatically at checkout. The offer applies automatically at checkout, including when the 10% preorder discount applies.

To cancel before dispatch and request a full refund, email mama@sosoandco.me with your order number. Our return terms apply after delivery. Joining our mailing list alone does not create an order or reserve a delivery slot. Nothing in this policy limits your applicable consumer rights.
الشحن والطلبات المسبقة
نوصل إلى قطر والسعودية والإمارات والكويت والبحرين وعُمان.
المنتجات المبيّنة بأنها «طلب مسبق» غير متوفرة للشحن الفوري. يكون الدفع وفق الطريقة المختارة من وسائل الدفع المتاحة عند إتمام الطلب. موعد الشحن المتوقع لهذه المجموعة هو أواخر نوفمبر 2026، وهو الموعد المتوقع لتسليم الشحنة إلى شركة التوصيل، وليس موعد وصولها إليكم. يُرجى اختيار المقاس مع مراعاة فترة الانتظار.
مدة التوصيل التقديرية بعد الشحن: 4–5 أيام عمل إلى السعودية والإمارات وعُمان والبحرين، و5–7 أيام عمل إلى الكويت. لا تشمل هذه المدد فترة انتظار الطلب المسبق، وقد تطول بسبب إجراءات التخليص الجمركي. سنرسل لكم رسالة عند شحن الطلب. وإذا تغيّر موعد الشحن المتوقع، سنبلغكم عبر البريد الإلكتروني مع إتاحة الانتظار أو الإلغاء قبل الشحن واسترداد المبلغ كاملاً.
شحن مجاني
شحن مجاني للطلبات بقيمة 350 ر.ق أو أكثر بعد الخصومات إلى دول الخليج. يُطبّق تلقائياً عند إتمام الطلب. يُطبّق العرض تلقائياً عند إتمام الطلب، بما في ذلك عند الاستفادة من خصم الطلب المسبق 10٪.
تظهر رسوم الشحن، إن وجدت، عند إتمام الطلب وقبل الدفع.
لإلغاء الطلب قبل شحنه وطلب استرداد المبلغ كاملاً، راسلونا على mama@sosoandco.me مع رقم الطلب. تطبّق شروط الإرجاع بعد الاستلام. الاشتراك في القائمة البريدية وحده لا ينشئ طلباً ولا يحجز موعداً للتوصيل. لا يحدّ أي بند هنا من حقوق المستهلك المقرّرة قانوناً.
