Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Any amount already paid is refunded in full for a cancellation before dispatch. If an existing order was placed with cash on delivery, there is no payment to refund where no payment was taken. For approved returns of orders previously paid in cash, we will arrange the refund method with you.

Preorders and payment

Where a product is marked “Preorder”, you are purchasing it before it is ready for dispatch. Payment follows the method selected from the available options at checkout. Estimated dispatch for this preorder collection is late November 2026; delivery follows dispatch. The dispatch window and cancellation terms are shown before payment. Any delay is communicated by email with the option to cancel for a full refund before dispatch. Free shipping on orders of QAR 350 or more after discounts across the GCC. Applied automatically at checkout. The 10% preorder discount applies automatically to eligible products and combines with free shipping. It cannot be combined with the 10% welcome offer or other product or order discounts. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. Joining our mailing list alone does not place an order or reserve stock.

Products marked “Preorder” are sold before they are ready for dispatch. Joining our mailing list does not place an order, reserve a product or guarantee availability.

Any signup offer is subject to the conditions stated with that offer. Product availability is shown when you place your order.

Orders and payments

When placing an order, please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Prices and applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

If we cannot fulfil an order because an item is unavailable or there is an error, we will contact you. Any amount paid for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will explain the available options based on its processing status. This does not limit any cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

Our original prints, illustrations, branding, photographs and other website content belong to Soso & Co. or their respective rights holders. You may browse and share links to our website for personal use. Commercial reproduction or use of protected content requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Responsible use

You must not use this website for unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access information or systems without authorisation.

Your rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including those of Qatar.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.

الطلبات المسبقة وتوفّر المنتجات

تُباع المنتجات المبيّنة بأنها «طلب مسبق» قبل جاهزيتها للشحن. الاشتراك في قائمتنا البريدية لا يُعدّ طلب شراء، ولا يحجز أي منتج، ولا يضمن توفّره.

تخضع أي ميزة تُقدَّم عند الاشتراك للشروط الموضّحة معها. ويظهر توفّر المنتجات عند تقديم الطلب.

الطلبات والدفع

عند تقديم الطلب، يُرجى تقديم معلومات صحيحة للتواصل والتوصيل والدفع. ستظهر الأسعار ورسوم التوصيل المطبّقة قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.

إذا تعذّر تنفيذ طلب بسبب عدم توفّر منتج أو وجود خطأ، فسنتواصل معكم. وسيُردّ أي مبلغ دُفع مقابل طلب يتعذّر علينا تنفيذه.

تعديل الطلبات وإلغاؤها

إذا رغبتم في تعديل طلب أو إلغائه، يُرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن. سنوضّح الخيارات المتاحة بحسب مرحلة تجهيز الطلب. ولا يحدّ ذلك من أي حق في الإلغاء أو استرداد المبلغ يقرّره القانون.
